Small Town Rescue

Pawsibilities are Endless' catalog of rescue tales. When we say 'it's all going to the dogs' we mean it!

I <3 Dog Blog Tour Week 4: What I know about dog rescues?

This week is about what you know. Of course, Pawsibilities is a rescue so we know a ton about it. Our post Wednesday will share a day in the life of story for those unfamiliar with how our rescues operate. Life in dog rescue can be a bit dirty, emotional, and fulfilling. Definitely a difficult challenge, especially if your heart is easily engaged. In the meantime you can visit the other participants and find out more about their rescue knowledge.

Other Participating Blogs:

Going From Nobody to Somebody – Thurs. (3/15)

Confessions of an Animal Junkie– Tues. (3/13) & Guests Posts Thurs. (3/15)

Blog For Paws – Tues. (3/13)

Prizes up for grabs this week: A copy of  Irresistable: Erotic Romance For Couples (an anthology) courtesy of the fabulous Tiffany Reisz and a personalized signed copy of Crash Into You by Roni Loren. All you have to do is comment on any of our posts, or the participating blog’s posts this week (3/12-3/18). Winner will be announced next Monday (3/19).

Tiffany Reisz is the author of THE SIREN, the first book in THE ORIGINAL SINNERS series (Mira Books, August 2012). She lives in Lexington, Kentucky and often moonlights as the Scourge of Carpathia. For more information on IRRESISTABLE or to buy this awesome anthology visit Amazon

Roni wrote her first romance novel at age fifteen when she discovered writing about boys was way easier than actually talking to them. Since then, her flirting skills haven’t improved, but she likes to think her storytelling ability has. After earning a master’s degree in social work from LSU, she worked in a mental hospital, counseled birthmothers as an adoption coordinator, and did management recruiting in her PJs. But she always returned to writing. Though she’ll forever be a New Orleans girl at heart, she now lives in Dallas with her husband and son. If she’s not working on her latest sexy story, you can find her reading, watching reality television, or indulging in her unhealthy addiction to rockstars concerts. Her debut novel, CRASH INTO YOU, is now available from Berkley Heat. To learn more about Roni and her books visit her website at www.roniloren.com

Winners for Wk 2 and Wk 3 prizes will be announced this Wednesday (sorry for the delay but the doggies have been demanding more attention lately).

Also don’t forget the Animal Junkie Challenge. For every dollar donated (up to $50), Phoenix Sullivan owner of the Confessions of an Animal Junkie blog will match the donation. Every little bit helps, and we’ll cover how that works in a post this week. You’d be amazed at how the smallest donation can have the effect of a lifetime. Cheers to all and we look forward to the stories and comments this week!

  1. Can you attach a photo to a blog? Sorry, naive about the way blogs work. I loved a picture I saw the other day going around Facebook that showed how everyone views rescue, and the rescuer themselves saw that they clean up “messes” all day, that was their take on what they do every day. I’ll find it and send it to you if you can post it. Was very funny.

Speaking of, I’m off to do my morning cleaning of the patio. I’m sure everyone needed to hear that : ) Gross.
